What inspired you to invent the traffic light? Answer: Well i was an officer in Detroit and there was a lot of traffic and I had to work a lot so I decided to invent the traffic light to give me a bigger break. Also for pedestrians, buggies, and waggons I didn't think they actually needed a person to direct traffic. It made many police officer mad when someone did the wrong thing and ignored the the men that keep them safe. Wy did you choose the colors red green and yellow for the traffic light?Answer:
